GUIDANCE provides counseling/therapy services exclusively via telehealth. This allows services to be more easily accessible, cutting out transportation time, and enabling you to be in a space where you feel comfortable. Providing services in both New York and Florida, services are available throughout both states.

GUIDANCE has various specialties, including anxiety, substance use prevention, and sobriety in conjunction with twelve-step programs, life transitions (career changes, divorce, grief & loss, chronic illness), women’s issues, and goal setting. Our practice is LGBT-affirming, serving adults of all ages.
